Join me and indulge in a week of flow, transformation and play.

This retreat offers you a more intimate experience to prioritize your self-care and return to your daily life feeling more resilient, healthier, rejuvenated and with a new vision for 2025.

You’ll have the freedom to challenge yourself or simply unwind, knowing that all scheduled activities are entirely optional. I highly value and encourage your intuition in choosing what’s best for you.

As your mentor and yoga teacher, I am deeply committed to serving you as a guide through your personal journey. My goal is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to seamlessly integrate the lessons learned during the retreat into your everyday life.

During this week you will immerse yourself in the majestic frequency of nature as you move between activities through Bodhi Tree Yoga Hotel. A lux beach yoga hotel that will offer you great comfort but also open-air yoga shalas, saltwater infinity pool, beautifully landscaped jungle pathways, a wellness spa, delicious vibrant food, sunset viewpoints and elegant Balinese-style bungalows surrounded by tropical gardens.

Located 5 minutes from the main beach, are some of Costa Rica’s most famous surf spots. Consistent surf and vibrant surf culture, makes our location the perfect destination for those who want to combine yoga with the thrill of surfing and adventure.

Back at the hotel you will enjoy a tranquil setting created to relax, rest and recharge.

We will unroll our mats twice a day and practice with the intention to feel rather than perform. Brava Yoga will exceed your expectations with challenging powerful psychosomatic yoga practices that will help you enter meditative states and thorough this process help you see with clarity the layers that you are ready to transform. Restorative classes will be essential to recover and renew.

The work on the yoga mat will include classic poses, energy and breath work, moments of silent meditation, deep observation and deep listening.

Off the mat. you will be supported and guided to unfold the clear perception of your own limited patterns and beliefs that influence your emotions, actions, communication, mental/physical health, energy and relationships.

We will do some work in group settings, other times one-on-one, as needed. Every day you will receive thoughtfully crafted journaling prompts designed to help you reflect on your experiences.

For breakfast, lunch and dinner we will gather around the table in a beautiful open-air dining pavilion and enjoy wholesome, delicious buffet style meals to fuel our mind/body connection.

After breakfast, you can look forward to a variety of activities, including surf lessons, atv tours, soothing massages, leisurely relaxation by the pool, suntanning at the beach, discovering the charming town of Nosara, heartfelt conversations or immersing yourself in simply pure rest.

The evenings will be enchanting and I am sure your journey will be filled with delightful surprises!
