Our days together will begin with serene moments of silent meditation followed by conscious invigorating yoga sessions. 

 

After a nourishing breakfast, you can look forward to a variety of activities, including surf lessons, soothing massages, leisurely relaxation by the pool, discovering the charming town of Nosara, heartfelt conversations or immersing yourself in simply pure rest.

 

In the afternoons expect restorative classes, followed by enchanting evenings and delightful surprises. 

 

Throughout the week, you'll will receive thought-provoking journaling prompts to deepen your personal journey.

All rooms are designed with modern Balinese furnishings, luxurious bathrooms, high ceilings and large windows creating a sacred space for soothing rest. All rooms include Egyptian cotton sheets, air conditioning, coffee maker, a laptop-sized safe and complimentary wireless internet.

Buffet style healthy meals are available without stepping off the resort property. Organic proteins and vegan options are also served daily.
